个人简介
李玉芹,博士,教授,博士/硕士生导师,湖南省青年骨干教师,湖南省食品科学技术协会常务理事,湖南省农林食品教指委委员,国家公派华盛顿州立大学访问学者,湘潭大学韶峰学者学术骨干。现为国家基金委化学部通讯评审专家、博士后科学基金通讯评审专家,湖南省自然科学基金评审专家,湖南省科技奖励评审专家,广西科技奖励评审专家,湘潭市科技专家,湘潭市工业新兴优势食品产业链专家。先后主持国家和省部级项目20余项。指导国家/省级大学生创新性实验计划项目3项,指导10余名研究生获得国家奖学金、湖南省优秀硕士论文、湘潭大学研究生校长特等奖等奖项。在Chem. Eng. J、Food Res. J、J. Agric. Food Chem、Bioresource Technol、Int J Biol Macromol、Algal Res、J Food Biochem、Curr Med Chem、Amino Acids、Mol Biotechnol、Pharmazie、Biotechnol Lett、World J Microb Biot等刊物发表论文50余篇,获中国授权发明专利13项,获湖南省高等教育省级教学成果三等奖1项(2022年)和湘潭大学教学成果奖一等奖1项(2022年)。
研究方向
1)藻菌基特色功能因子(EPA/DHA、活性肽、多糖、色素等)超高合成发酵调控、提取纯化、改性及应用;
2)藻菌基功能因子营养/健康构效关系;
3)藻菌基特色功能食品及功能性食品添加剂研发;
4)农副产品精深加工。
